Ok, so I’m feeling nervous about putting finger to keyboard for my very first blog post (ok, so maybe four fingers, but that’s as fast as I can type). Been thinking about starting a blog for some time and English Mum’s Big Bakeoff has finally inspired me to get going. I’m thinking flattery might just give me an edge over the competition.
So here’s my entry to the competition – my son’s 2nd birthday cake (which is cheating a bit as he’s just about to turn three in a month). But hey, the stakes are high and there is a Green & Black’s chocolate prize in the offing so I’m open to using dirty tricks.
